Firstly, being a part of it for a year in Year 9, then I was selectedfor Living for Sport as my standard of work was dropping and my talkingin class was getting to be too much. So I was chosen to try and sortthese problems out.
After doing the course I noticed my view on lessons changed as Irealised the teachers were putting in the effort for me to do well andget a good job so I stopped the talking in lessons and because of thismy work was better and I was getting higher grades.
Another aspect of Living for Sport is being a mentor the year after. Ifound this a great help to me because it helped my communication skills, getting the lads to listen and talking with them.
