Two children's centres have opened at primary schools in Croydon.

Kensington Avenue Children's Centre is based in newly refurbished classrooms at Kensington Avenue Primary School while Byron Children's Centre is located in the grounds of Byron Primary School.

East Sussex's newest children's centre opened in Polegate last month. Services on offer include baby massage classes, a baby clinic managed by health visitors and parenting courses.

An after-school club has been launched at Christ the Saviour Church in Swinnow, west Leeds, offering children aged five to 11 the chance to enjoy drama and craft activities.

A new supervisor has taken over at an after-school club in Petersfield, Hampshire. Bev Errey will run the In-Between Club, which is based at a local sports pavilion and picks up children from Petersfield Infants and Herne Junior schools.
