Roger Stewart, head of Fife Council's education service, said: "As a service we are fully committed to developing the personality, talents and abilities of all children and young people to their fullest potential. Creating genuinely inclusive and caring communities is a major part of our work, as shown by our resourcing of community schools. These schools focus on a multi-agency approach."
