The disabled children's short breaks bill, backed by the Every Disabled Child Matters campaign, goes to the ballot tomorrow (23 November).
If an MP backing the bill wins the ballot and 100 MPs subsequently vote in favour of it, it will follow the same process as government bills and stands a chance of becoming law.
Campaign manager Steve Broach said that the bill was a different version of an earlier bill that ran out of parliamentary time.
"This campaign is about disabled children and their parents enjoying ordinary family life."
If the bill became law, the NHS and local authorities would have to give short breaks to about 100,000 families.
