Youth services: Make Space review to influence policy

The launch of the Make Space review was delayed after Labour MP Ed Miliband, who was going to be one of two co-chairs, was made a junior minister in May. The review is now out of sync with the government review.

The government review is due to release interim findings in time for the pre-Budget report, usually in December. Make Space will not publish until July 2007.
