The charity is carrying out research with four local authorities to look at how integrated services can be rolled out most effectively. It is keen on the Sure Start model, under which services for younger children are brought together under one roof.
Craig Jones, director of Make Space, said: "What we are trying to lobby for is integrated centres to be made available."
The 200m fund is expected to come from unclaimed assets in dormant banks accounts (YPN, 31 January-6 February, p3).
Interim findings from the research with local authorities are expected to be published early next month, as part of Make Space's youth review.
