Love Creative will work with the commission's youth advisory board to develop the brand in the run-up to the launch of the charity at the end of next month.
The launch will coincide with the announcement of the first round of funding for bodies to deliver volunteering opportunities for 16- to 25-year-olds.
The charity will also be inviting bids for the first tranche of volunteer development managers, who will work with organisations to develop new vol- unteering opportunities for young people.
