The Government will work with the Russell Commission implementation charity, the Learning and Skills Council and the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority in a process that will be trialled and evaluated over the next two years.
Organisations will be invited to bid to deliver volunteering opportunities at the launch of the new charity in May. Guidance will be provided for children's trusts on how they can work with the charity to secure volunteering opportunities.
