Trees planted to help bright up community at Darnall, Sheffield

Youth Work
Young people from Darnall, Sheffield, planted trees to help brighten up their local community. The group planted them at Darnall Fire Station with the co-operation of parks, rangers and the fire service. They also picked up litter and planted bulbs for the second year running. The project was overseen by the charity Sheffield Futures, which teaches young people about how to save the environment through recycling and eating organic food.
