Project: Sheffield Foyer forest garden.
Funding: Receives money from the Foyer Federation's Healthy Transitions programme
Aim: Steer young homeless people away from crime by enabling them to live independently
Young people are being encouraged to lead a healthier way of life and keep away from crime as part of a gardening project in Sheffield.
