What's Changed is a tool for groups to record the outcomes of participation by young people. We summarise here:

Organisation: Kick (Kids in Care in Kontrol), Derby

Issue: Young people wanted the opportunity to meet with reviewing officers before review meetings

The situation: A consultation was held with young people in care, via the reference group Kick to find out their views about their statutory review meetings.

Young people said that they wanted to meet with their Independent Reviewing Officer before the meeting in order to discuss issues that the young people wanted raised during the main meeting, but were perhaps reluctant to do so and which could then be raised by the officer.
