The National Youth Agency: Team reshape sees NYA recruit new directors

Fiona Blacke, chief executive of The National Youth Agency, has reshaped her directorate team and recruited three new directors.

Jon Boagey becomes director of communications, Rod Norton becomes director of business development and Heather Stevens director of programmes. They join Viv McKee, who moves to policy and research, and Alan Tomlins who remains in the resources post.

Fiona Blacke said: "I am delighted to be in a position to let you know that, with the support of two NYA board members and a young person, I successfully recruited the three remaining members of The NYA's new Directorate team. I think these appointments affirm the huge levels of talent within the Agency and indeed my confidence in that talent."

The new directors took up their posts on 1 March.
