The online toolkit takes groups of young researchers through deciding on the topic for their research, finding out as much as you can about it, planning for change, writing their research question, planning how they will get answers to their research question, research ethics, reporting research findings and planning how to tell people about the research findings.
With straightforward explanations of the research process and terms the toolkit also offers top tips for carrying out successful research. It is available free for educational and training purposes from The National Youth Agency website at www.nya.org.uk/research
- The Young Researcher Network is holding a conference at the University of Warwick on 14 and 15 November. For further details of what's happening and how to get involved and to book contact Antoinette Long. Email: antoinettel@nya.org.uk or tel 0116 242 7465.
