Issue nine takes a close look at the start of a new phase in the partnership between the European Union and the Council of Europe in the youth sector. It also points the spotlight at youth policy in Portugal, Russia and the Netherlands, as well as analysing research-based knowledge for youth policy and the state of current youth policies in the Arab region.
Editorial board member Andy Hopkinson, head of media services at The National Youth Agency, said: "We hope this journal will contribute to the widening of dialogue in youth policy at a European level."
