Norfolk has made significant improvements to levels of placement stability for looked-after children in the past five years.

2008 Norfolk 68% England average 67%

Norfolk has made significant improvements to levels of placement stability for looked-after children in the past five years.

With the figure for the percentage of children in the same placement for at least two years or placed for adoption standing at 57 per cent in 2004, the authority had a long way to go to reach the national average of 65 per cent. But four years later it had seen a rise of 11 percentage points.
