How much is on offer: The amount of money offered is based on meanstesting and is different for every family. Money is available forfamilies whose combined household income is up to 53,950,however, a contribution towards fees must be paid. How much the familyitself must pay depends on the total household income. Families with anincome of 26,974 or less pay nothing.
What it will fund: The grants are made towards training in music ordance for talented and dedicated children. The training that is fundedis delivered through the junior departments of six English musicconservatoires and 11 centres for advanced training.
Who can apply: The child the money will help to train must have beenliving in the British Isles for at least three years prior toapplication. Families apply to the facility where their child will trainif successful.
