What will it support? Projects initiated and run by young people that help promote understanding and resolve conflict among communities through sport and being active. Possible examples might include engaging young people from different backgrounds by organising an indoor cricket mini-world cup, a tournament designed to channel energies away from fighting and into football or a skateboarding competition aimed at reducing tensions between local groups.

Who can apply? Young people in the UK aged 11 to 21 who are "prepared to go the extra mile and use their passion for sport to bring respect and understanding to their communities". Individuals or groups can apply.
