What will it fund? Money from a large grant scheme will go towards work that is "planned and outcome-focused" and is designed to generate a toolkit of ideas and good practices. Work by projects must be primarily directed to the support of young people under 21, while showing that the impact on strengthening families has also been considered. It should also be targeted at those young people who are the hardest to reach and who have the heaviest caring responsibilities. The small grant scheme is designed to help organisations deliver intensive, planned, one-to-one support. Revenue and capital spending can be supported on the principle of full-cost recovery.
