1 min read

Up until July 2005, Futurebuilders England had offered 28.5m in investment to 41 organisations, 23.6m of which was in the form of loans. More than half of investees worked with young people, with 23 per cent being focused on young people. Just over two-thirds of investees worked in the education and learning sector. The organisation tracked how many public service targets its investments aided. "Improving children's communications, social and emotional development" was the most popular in the young people strand and "reducing numbers of young people not in education, employment or training" in the education strand.
