3 mins read
Futurebuilders England was set up specifically for community and voluntary groups that provide public services. It has been hailed as a unique way to build capacity in the voluntary sector, but what do the people on the ground think? Jo Stephenson investigates.

In the competitive world of public service delivery, community and voluntary sector organisations that work with children and young people risk being shoved to one side.
