The project, which is funded by the Children, Young People and Families Directorate, will work in partnership with the National Gallery and with local authorities in Calderdale, Herefordshire, Hertfordshire,Hull, Lincolnshire and Telford and Wrekin.
The training programme, aimed at foster carers and residential care workers, will be launched in the autumn at the National Gallery.
