NCB Now: Small Steps 4 Life scheme launched

The Small Steps 4 Life programme will be launched in London on 2 February, along with a new website.

NCB has worked with the Food Standards Agency (FSA) in consulting children and young people to build their ideas into the website, which encourages young people, their families and the wider school community to take up challenges across the themes of healthy eating, getting active and feeling good inside.

Small Steps 4 Life evolved from the Health Challenge pilot, commissioned by the FSA and developed and evaluated by NCB. In workshops, participants came up with challenge ideas and proposed featuring Olympians on the site alongside children talking about their experiences.
