"In October NCH signed a new partnership agreement with Amicus andUnison to further develop our working relations. It commits NCH and theunions to open communications about the welfare and conditions of our6,500 workers, plus volunteers.
"Together we've achieved many good things, such as a new policy onbullying and harrassment. The agreement helps demonstrate that NCHvalues its workforce as partners and gives us an opportunity to developleadership and new models of working together.
"More broadly it reflects our duty as a leading children's charity tosupport the aims of the Children's Workforce Strategy. This can haveonly good outcomes for the children and young people we work with acrossthe UK."
