NCB Now: Join the Transition Information Network

The Transition Information Network (TIN), hosted by the Council for Disabled Children alongside the National Transition Support Team, is supporting the Transition Support Programme. TIN is an alliance of organisations and individuals that seek to improve disabled young people's transition to adulthood.

TIN disseminates information through its website, magazine, e-newsletter and events. The network also hosts three policy seminars a year. Previous seminars have focused on employment and volunteering, the mainstream youth agenda and personalisation. It is free to register and members receive email updates, the My Future Choices magazine and the e-newsletter Getting a Life.
