After playing football there for about a year, I was given the opportunity to do a Bronze Arts Award qualification. It was a great experience as me and a group of friends were able to star in and direct our own film all about Kickz. Making the movie was all about learning as we were taught how to use the equipment and how best to shoot a scene. It was a great experience but the best was still to come.
The film was shown on the big screen during a Reading home game that we went to watch. It made all our work seem worthwhile. At half-time we went down on to the pitch to receive our certificates from Sir John Madejski.
