Letter: Chocolate ball for charity

As a paediatric social worker I know the important role Clic Sargent plays in the lives of children with cancer and I would like to tell readers about its Chocolate Ball, which is held annually to raise funds. I attended last year and it was lovely.

This year's ball, which takes place on Friday, 24 March in London, willhave an Alice in Wonderland theme. The champagne reception andthree-course dinner will centre around a handmade, life-size chocolatesculpture of the Mad Hatter's tea party.

Tickets are priced at 175 per person, but all the money raisedwill be used to support children diagnosed with cancer or leukaemia. Ifyou want to come then call the Clic Sargent events team on 020 87522868.
