
The transition to British culture was not difficult, I settled down in my new school soon after arriving. However, having lived in an almost completely capitalist environment it was an interesting experience living in what I reckon is a largely socialist country, while observing China's gradual transition to a politically socialist but economically capitalist one.
In my leisure time I play the piano and the violin and also paint. For A-levels, I am doing further mathematics, economics, government and politics, biology and Chinese. I am going to study economics and politics at university. I have no idea what I want to do in the future, so at the moment I'm just enjoying life.
