Pyramid - formerly known as the National Pyramid Trust for Children -was set up in 1993 to help children facing difficulties in theiremotional and social development.

The charity works in England, Wales and Northern Ireland with the aim ofdeveloping children's social and emotional confidence and wellbeingthrough after-school clubs. Each year, 4,000 children in 44 differentareas attend its clubs.

Suzy Davis, fundraising and marketing manager at Pyramid, says: "We workthrough primary schools to identify children who have problems withtheir social and emotional development. They are often quiet and can beoverlooked - invisible even - in classrooms."
