Getting people interested in working with children in new and innovative ways is always a challenge, and now a group is attempting to spread its message through drama.
Theatre group Purple Monster has come up with a play that highlights the variety of the sector. Working With Children, originally commissioned by Norfolk's early years development and childcare partnership last year, is based on a Skills Active/ Early Years National Training Organisation course and has been performed across the country.
