Young people in care often need a boost to their skills and confidence, although opportunities for independent, creative support can be limited.
That's where One Jam comes in.
The Lincolnshire pilot uses music - namely gospel, R&B and rap - to help teenagers explore feelings and issues and build skills.
Over several weeks, the 16 participants will explore issues and learn teambuilding and new skills by playing instruments, singing songs and using a range of equipment, including computers and cameras.
