Burgess Park, just off the Old Kent Road in south London, may not be the first place that springs to mind when you think of rugby, but the Southwark Tigers are changing that.

Established in 2001 following discussions among a number of groups, including Kent Rugby Football Union and Southwark Council, the Southwark Tigers now boasts around 300 members and six teams. And during rugby season around 70 children turn up at the park every Sunday morning to play.
