With binge drinking one of the great moral panics currently gripping thenation, the Liverpool Culture Company's anti-violence campaign It's NotOK decided to use the power of film to divert young people fromexcessive drinking.
With the help of actor Ian Hart, who played Professor Quirrell in thefilm of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, the project took agroup of 35 teenagers through the process of making their own shortfilm.
