So said former EastEnders star Michelle Collins after watching a summer production by the Haringey Shed threatre group. Hers is one of a number of glowing tributes posted on the group's web site.
The group was created in 2000 as an offshoot of the successful Chicken Shed Theatre Company, a pioneer of inclusive theatre techniques. The Haringey Shed adopted the same techniques and quickly developed into an independent registered charity run mainly by volunteers, but with some paid staff.
