Refer to your local authority'schildren and young people's plan to give you an overview of theintegrated service in your area.
However, it is important to avoid duplication of services so contactother children's centres or extended schools in your area. They can giveyou information on services they provide and may offer you the option oflinking these into your centre.
Finally, contact health practitioners. Meet health visitors, GPs, schoolnurses, speech and language professionals, community midwives, child andadolescent mental health services and sexual health nurses. This thenprovides a starting point for dialogue around partnership working.
