Between 1998 and 2006, the teenage conception rate in Brighton and Hove fell by 10.4 per cent, compared with an average fall of 13.3 per cent across England. In Peterborough, it dropped by only 0.5 per cent, while in Herefordshire there was a significant drop of 29.6 per cent.
