Between 1998 and 2006, the teenage conception rate in Northamptonshire fell by 16.3 per cent compared with an average fall of 13.3 per cent across England. In Norfolk, the teenage pregnancy rate increased by 6.8 per cent while in Swindon it decreased by 14.5 per cent.
