Suffolk - 31.7 conceptions per 1,000 girls aged 15 to 17 in 2005 (41.1 in England)

Since 1998 the teenage conception rate in Sefton has risen by one per cent compared to a fall of 11.8 per cent across England. In Northamptonshire there has been a drop in conception rates of 8.7 per cent, while in Suffolk the rate has fallen faster than the average for England, with a 15.5 per cent drop.
