Phyllis Easton, health intelligence manager at Tayside health board's directorate for change and innovation, said: "We have reduced teen pregnancies over the past few years through a holistic approach that includes improving contraception services and addressing behaviour issues such as alcohol abuse, low self-esteem and relationships."
