The conception rate has fallen by 10.6 per cent since figures were firstcollected in 1998. The decrease represents 28 fewer girls conceiving. In1998, 352 girls got pregnant but in 2005 this number fell to 324. Thelevel has fluctuated, rising to its highest in 2000, when 374 girlsconceived.
