The conception rate in Oldham has fallen by 26.8 per cent since thefigures for the strategy were first collected in 1998. This fallrepresents 73 fewer girls conceiving. The level has fluctuated in theintervening years, falling and rising close to its original rate in 2004before dropping sharply the next year.
