The Glasgow-based service will include mentoring, befriending, a laptop service, support groups, and the setting up of a young people's forum that will feed into the Scottish Youth Parliament.
Ellen Finlayson, head of services for Scotland and Northern Ireland at Clic Sargent, said: "Young people in cancer treatment for long periods can become isolated and lonely and they are sometimes in adult wards. The laptop service will enable them to email their friends and stay in touch with the outside world."
