The study, carried out by the Child Cancer Foundation, a research arm of Clic Sargent, looked at the views of 68 young people aged 11 to 24 who have had some experience of cancer and cancer treatment. The survey found that having access to group activities during treatment was high on the list of priorities.
The charity is in the process of extending the support it provides for young people.
