Education News: Special Needs - Call for statistics on inclusion policies

It follows an evaluation by the Family Matters Institute of 10 special needs projects run by YMCA England. Researchers uncovered a great deal of parental concern where children were expected to be educated in mainstream settings.

The report said that schools using exclusion policies to cope with SEN children left their parents with "feelings of frustration and isolation".
