Is Da Grass Greena? features Mr Spliff, an animated character who interviews a police officer, a drugs worker and a psychiatrist about the effects of cannabis. Sketches between the animation explore issues such as getting "the munchies". The video was commissioned by Haringey Drugs Education Team.
Participants in the Exposure project, a voluntary organisation supported by the local council and Connexions partnership, developed ideas, acted in and helped to film the project.
Claire Oborne, a 17-year-old member of the project, said: "It's really good - you just have to see it. Because young people were involved, the video appeals to our generation. It's not like some boring old lecture from a teacher."
