THE NATIONAL YOUTH AGENCY: Haringey introduces video followingConnexions grant

1 min read

Louisa Avgousti, 19, will be employed in the Exposure office two days a week to provide tuition and guidance to young film-makers. Louisa has previously worked on the Future Flavas music and dance video for Connexions and Is Da Grass Greena?, a cannabis education video for the Haringey Drugs Education Team.

"Young people should get the chance to explore career opportunities in the media industry," said Louisa. "This course is ideal for anyone interested in learning the processes involved in making a video."

One of Exposure's young volunteers, Leyla Karagozlu, 17, commented: "I've already been included in the making of a video. Exposure has given me that chance and I've gained so much experience. I know that others will feel the same."
