Disabled Children Matter Wales is being formed by representatives fromChildren in Wales, Contact a Family, Mencap Cymru, the Young DisabledPersons Network and Learning Disability Wales. The campaign, whichechoes England's Every Disabled Child Matters campaign, aims to putdisabled children at the centre of policy and planning decisions inWales.
Keith Bowen, Wales manager for Contact a Family Wales, said: "We arelooking for a substantial increase in resources for disabled childrenand their families."
The campaign is due to launch mid-July.
