A new campaign is being launched to promote the rights of disabledchildren in Wales. Children in Wales, Contact a Family, Mencap Cymru,and Learning Disability Wales are working in partnership to ensuredisabled children, young people and their families have the right to theservices and support they need to live ordinary lives.
The campaign's first priority will be to ensure the new Welsh AssemblyGovernment dedicates cash to helping disabled children access criticallyimportant support services. A web site is also being developed so thatpeople and organisations can sign up to support the campaign.
