Bill Mumford has been appointed chair of the Voluntary Organisations Disability Group. Mumford, currently the chief executive of learning disability charity MacIntyre, will lead the group's campaign in improving services for disabled people across the UK. He succeeds Bryan Dutton who announced his retirement earlier this year.
