New name, new logo and new web site on the way. As they say, a change is as good as a rest. And I love a change.
Presentation is a big thing for me. It's a really important part of attracting young people and making them want to engage with us. We're not like a bank or a building society. We don't really want customers for life, just during their teenage years. So we don't want some sort of permanent, enduring image, do we? Change is not just good, it's essential if we want to stay relevant, fresh and up to date.
