For an employer that pays its youngest workers 4.02 an hour it certainly has high expectations. But this is just part of the advice given to those interested in being interviewed for a job with a national discount retailer about to open a new store here in Southend.
Once you've collected your application pack from the job centre, the next stage is to go along to a recruitment event to hand in your paperwork and participate in a formal group interview. Apparently 800 or 900 people are expected to drop in throughout the day, all very interested in walking away with one of the 150 new jobs on offer.
